Superb location in Rishikesh, If you want to see view from you balcony you should inform the Host before booking. How ever the place was comfortable and we really enjoyed it a lot, There was a small heater as well and it’s was very helpful in winters. I loved the place. The property was clean the amenities in the society were great. The care taker was always available on call. We had a lovely stay.

The property is well maintained and clean. Access to the property is easy and it has a serene view once you step towards a pool side.

The place is quite old and aged. Entire property is serene with lush green environment, great pool and open areas but the flat itself looks quite dated. Though everything was accurate as mentioned but things are quite old in reality. For eg - kitchen hinges are all rusted, toilet seats are old, mattress doesnt feel great, dust on almirahs. My strong beleif is that it should go under renovation before being given to guests. The house also requires deep cleaning as i could see a lot of dust near the bed area. Overall experience was ok as pool and surroundings were great but flat isnt something for a family but for guys looking for cheap options at premium location!!
