Overall a good stay. The place was accurate in terms of listing and clean. I had a couple problems during my stay but Nicole was very fast and prompt in addressing the issues. Nicole was always responsive and helpful whenever I needed help. My only complaint is that the walls are PAPER THIN. You can hear the neighbors next to you speaking, walking, doing dishes, practically anything, the noise comes through. In that sense, I didn’t feel the most relaxed. Also i found the neighbor next door doing their laundry twice a week around 7:20 am quite irritating especially since their laundry is right behind my bed.

We stayed in the apartment for a month. Overall we were comfortable. The apartment was spacious and clean . By room: Kitchen was well equipped for appliances. There were all the utensils we needed; there was a single bowl and a single dish-drying towel to dry dishes, 1-2 more would be useful, along with better cutlery . Though there was room for 4 at the dining table, there were only two chairs. Livingroom was a nice size, with good lighting and very comfortable sofa set. Bedroom: The bed was very comfortable, but the frame squeaked loudly at every turn. It was nice to have the desk, and there was a large closet which was very useful given the length of our stay. There was no set of drawers. Bathroom: included a washer and dryer and all utilities functioned very well. It needed shelving and towel bars or hooks and a better mirror. The bath needed a re-glaze and re-caulk but otherwise usable. Nicole responded very quickly when we needed help with anything.

Nicole was an amazing host! She was available whenever I needed assistance and provided me with a comfortable home for my month-long stay in LA. The Airbnb was clean and had everything I needed for a long stay. The space was nice and roomy and in a great location. The private parking was a blessing and I felt very very safe in the neighborhood. I would highly recommend Nicole's Airbnb to anyone thinking of staying in LA. Cant wait to come back!!
