First we went to unit 201 where some furniture was worn out and the carpet had stains. Linda rapidly sent us to unit 301 which it is in much better condition and was very clean. The apartment is huge and has very good quality appliances . The beds are very comfortable. However I would not describe the apartment as sophisticated, it is a little pretentious word in my opinion. Some pictures have different furniture, on the other hand, it is bigger than the pictures show. The apartment has a very good location and this unit is quiet all day. I had an issue with the heater (LA can be cold during the nights) and however, they brought a small heater the same day it was not enough) . They only came to fix it two days later, the day I was leaving. The hallway to the apartments has many stains, but when you get into the unit, as I described before, it is very clean. Sometimes the internet was erratic

My co-workers and I had a lovely Long stay here, it’s a beautiful, specious and well located apartment with a parking garage and smart TVs, washer and dryer and very throughly stocked kitchen. I felt right at home.

NOT a LONG TERM stay! Internet issues for 5 months, broken appliances, loud appliances, missing essential appliances, zero essentials for a long term stay. Direct TV for the 90s. Parking issue with the gate breaking down and the owners not knowing how to open so I had to do it myself. Fire code issues with outlets, mold, Sketchy neighborhood with a lot of homeless on the streets. Strange neighbor in his underwear that walked the halls and we have 2 young kids. So, 5 1/2 months...$39,000.00 and change, not once did they offer to clean the place. Lots of remodeling needs to be done to fix the bathrooms, common area and kitchen. Lots of water damage and mismatched paint. 6K a month...this place needs to be closed and fixed. They were responsive but the issues were never fully corrected, specially during Covid with school zooming and the internet always being an issue. There were days the kids didnt attend school because of the internet issues. The Fridge broke in half as far as the upper door almost feel off, the replacement from another unit's ice marker was missing and water leaked across the floor the last 2 weeks we stayed there...not impressed at all and they were aware of all situations in their apartment. We didn't communicate for the last 2 weeks we spent at their AIrBNB.
