We had a wonderful stay in this Santa Monica house. Located in a safe and nice area, easily accessible and lots of room for our family of four. The house had everything we needed, was very clean (with the exception of the sundeck, which was a bit chaotic when we arrived and with one unchain broken) and very comfortable. It was great to have a locked parking garage to leave the car, and we liked that there were two levels (kitchen & living room & small bathroom downstairs, two bedrooms and bathroom upstairs). The communication with Asher and Kayla was excellent from the start – they provided us with great tips on what to do and where to eat, kept in touch throughout our stay with very clear information on how to access the place etc, and to hear whether everything was going well. All in all, we had a great time and would be happy to return!

My sister and I had the pleasure of staying at a charming Airbnb in the heart of Santa Monica, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The location was perfect, situated just a short walk from the beach and vibrant Santa Monica Pier. The space was tastefully decorated with a cozy living area, comfortable bed, and a well-equipped kitchenette. Asher, our host was friendly, welcoming, and always available to offer assistance. Santa Monica can be pricey, but this Airbnb offered excellent value for the price we paid. Thank you, Asher, for a wonderful experience!

I liked the location and the kitchen and bathrooms were both nice, as was the tv. The carpet was stained and the laundry machine didn’t work properly and stained some of my clothing. Some of the floorboards are coming up and the thermostat battery was dead too.

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans le logement d'Asher. Tout s'est bien passé, appartement idéalement placé dans Santa Monica, à 10 minutes en voiture de la plage. Hôte réactif et amical, nous recommandons.
