公寓位置还不错，有独立车位停车方便，也安全，入住也很便利，离圣莫妮卡海滩不算太远，开车半小时以内能达到大多数景点及购物场所屋内设施也还算齐备，干净，临近马路，晚上有车开过会稍微有点吵，不过还好不是主干道，车不多。社区治安还不错。烘干机不是太干净，可能好久没有清理过，其他都还不错。
Great and responsive, super clear instructions - extremely flexible with our ever changing schedule. 10/10 would stay again, if you’re on the fence with them, don’t be, definitely recommend!
This was one of the most uncomfortable stays I’ve had at an airbnb. Firstly the building is super old which is already a shocking first impression. The unit we checked into was extremely noisy (facing a major road) and the second bedroom had no proper window covering leading to a lot of light coming in. We had originally booked the place for 5 weeks and so it was shocking to see that we had mini sized shampoos conditioners etc. I communicated these issues to Jeff who then gave us normal sized toiletries and attempted ordered blackout shades but it was taking too long. He then offered us the unit next door.’the place was bigger and the rooms had shades and proper coverings but it was still super noisy. You could hear commotion and traffic all through the night which was completely disruptive to our sleep and overall comfort. We ended up canceling our stay much earlier than anticipated and had to move ten luggages and a baby multiple times despite trying to avoid that at all costs.
We stayed for 6 weeks and it was flawless. This is our second time staying there. It's one of 2 Jeff's places that we have stayed at. The team is responsive and very helpful. And there's a free charging station in the garage for our EV. Will come back the next time we're in LA.
El apartamento está muy bien ubicado y es amplio y cómodo. El edifico es muy tranquilo y seguro. Durante nuestra estadía necesitamos pedir algunos elementos complementarios (toallas, balde, etc) y obtuvimos respuestas rápidas, cordiales y eficientes. Bundy Dr es una calle relativamente ruidosa durante las primeras horas de la mañana pero luego es tranquila. Hay un buen supermercado cerca (Ralph´s) así como una muy linda cafetería (Literati Cafe). El barrio es muy amigable para salir a caminar y a 10´del centro de santa Mónica en auto. Todo muy recomendable.

Because of the ever evolving COVID pandemic- we are continually adapting and establishing high health and safety standards across all our properties to ensure that our homes are safer than any other homestay or hotel option available to you. These precautions include, but are not limited to; extensive cleaning and sanitizing measures in between tenants and enacting a strict buffer time between previous tenants’ departure and new ones checking in. We ensure that all homes are stocked with cleaning supplies. Stay WildFlower’s mentality and practices promise to provide you with a safe, comfortable, and home-like experience unlike any other, so you too, can begin to write your love letter to LA. We are also big believers in karma. If we can make a small dent in the world for the better, then we believe it’s all worthwhile. For every single booking we receive, we will provide a microfinance loan to someone around the world in need. 2.8 billion people live on less than $2 per day, for those people a fantastic organization called Kiva makes it possible for people like you and I to provide loans to help them provide for themselves. We have provided 3000+ microloans to people in 48 countries to date, and we intend on doing more! Also we’ve created a program called The Gap Stay Initiative— due to a Los Angeles ordinance in place, all our reservations must be 30 days or longer. With that being said, there are calendar gaps between the last check-out and the next check-in. Our team offers these shorter term stays to displaced individuals such as refugees. In times of such financial insecurity, civil unrest and a global pandemic- you have an opportunity to take place in a ripple effect on the world around you. You can feel good and do good.
