This beautiful home with AMAZING views was truly like a home away from home. We chose to stay at the house one entire day rather than go sightseeing/shopping, because the house was just so cozy and relaxing. I appreciated so many of the small, thoughtful details in this house...the well-organized and stocked kitchen, the bottled water provided, plenty of toiletries if you forgot something, blankets to get cozy on the couch, firepits on the patios, welcome basket for doggies (even though our doggy wasn't with us, this was so cool to see!), pillow options for your best night's sleep, LOTS of books, games, so many places to sit and enjoy the view, and finally...the Poopourri in all the bathrooms was really appreciated! The layout of this house was perfect for my family. We enjoyed having the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom/bath (and a 3rd full bath!) on the top floor. The lower floor was almost like having a little apartment with the TV room, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and pool table!

The fully equipped house had everything I needed to prepare delicious meals, and the comfortable living and dining room and deck offered a scenic landscape. It was a restful retreat at the end of each day. The highlight, however, was the private dock. We spent countless hours there, basking in the sunshine, listening to the gentle lapping of the waves, and reconnecting with nature. The hosts were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made us feel like a cherished guests. They provided helpful recommendations for local activities and dining options, making my exploration of the area even more memorable. Lucky plus friends

The house is what you expect. It is a lake house, and it is super friendly for kids / teens etc. There is a lot of toys and books. The hot tub and the lake is great. Plenty of beds, linens etc in the house. The hosts are very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Lovely home with a great view and lots of great little welcoming touches. Described as kid-friendly but with all the eclectic decor items and very steep stairs with no gate option, it was not appropriate for very little kids/babies. My almost 4-year old loved it though. Would be great for 1-2 familes with kids age 5+ but I was so worried about all the possible things my 1-year-old could get into that we left a day early.

Great place! We were visiting friends and family in Bellingham and this was the perfect spot to call home. We have toddlers and the house was set up perfectly for kids, tons of toys, books and plenty of space to run around. Beds and linens were comfortable and the house had everything we needed. We will rent again the next time we are in town. Thank you!
