This was just what we were looking for - an oceanfront condo with a spacious balcony for relaxation. Perfect for photographing the full moon and sunrise. We liked the proximity to natural locations including Canaveral National Seashore, Merritt Island and Orlando Wetlands. Plenty of dining options nearby but well stocked kitchen for dining in too.

Cate was incredibly responsive! Also very helpful getting us into the condo after midnight when our flight was significantly delayed. The condo is on the southeast corner of the building, right on the beach. Perfect for watching sunrises on the large and well-furnished balcony. The sound of the ocean waves is always present. New seawall, easy access to the no-car beach, and nice grounds. The condo is well furnished with lots of sitting options. The king bed is soft, so be aware if you need a firm mattress. Having two full baths is nice, and so is having laundry in the condo. The kitchen is large. Being so popular the condo is showing a little wear and tear. A few stains on furniture and rugs, some glassware is etched, and housekeeping missed a couple of items under a bed and a dresser. Overall, very good, could be outstanding if some items were replaced with new.
