A wonderful escape! Might be a bit scary at night for people who are used to the urban life, but during the day, the open views toward the lake is fantastic! All the amenities were easily made available and the beds were comfty. We attempted to use the grill but there were quite a lot of spider and eggs in there. Other than that, absolutely no complaints ! My favorite room here was their second floor sunroom that faces toward the lake. It was quite mesmerizing. Would highly recommend this stay to anyone!

You cannot beat the view, the quietness and the seclusion of this place! The property is so large that you never noticed the neighbors. The house is spacious, very well-equipped and clean! The kids (and parents) enjoyed swimming as the water is relatively shallow the first 10' out. Bring swim shoes as you'll walk over rocks and stones until you get to a sandy area. There is a loose-stone boat ramp leading to the water, so little ones can access easily. This part of the lake does not have a cliff, so you are right on the water. We brought our own camp chairs right next to the water's edge and enjoyed the view. Bring binoculars as it's fun to check out the large tanker ships and cruising boats on the lake. There are usually sailboat races on the weekend. The yard is so big! We played football and baseball with enough room for everyone. Star-gazing at night is superb! We saw several falling stars without even trying. Tops grocery store was about 15 minutes away and Wegmans was about 25 min away. We visited Lake Ontario Beach Park and had a tasty lunch at Jetty at the Port. Be sure to have an Abbott's ice cream - homemade vanilla almond custard - YUM! Our families had a great time!
