Yolanda's place was phenomenal in location, space, and price. Very safe community as well. Yolanda was responsive and helpful throughout.

We cannot say enough about the home, the amenities and our host Yolanda! Perfect for our family! Centrally located to do all the things you would want, so close to the beach and a fantastic house to also enjoy the down times! Thank you Yolanda!

We had a wonderful stay in Fajardo! The house was clean and comfortable. The bunk room was perfect for our kids - and the two couples stayed comfortably in the other two rooms. The kitchen was well stocked (except for limited silverware and no dishwasher) - and there is a grill out by the pool which was nice. The pool and outdoor space was amazing - beautiful and private. I don't know if these things are always there (or just left by a previous guest), but there were coolers, folding chairs for the beach, and even a stroller. These were really helpful and made our stay more comfortable. The house has a great location - within minutes of 7 Seas, the bio bay, the Nature Reserve, and lots of local restaurants. It's a fairly quick drive to El Yunque. And, several grocery stores are located within 10 minutes of the house. Yolanda was very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again!

Yolanda was very responsible checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed prior and after departure. The house was impecable when we arrived all AC's were on, and it was pleasant to arrive at a house where everything felt fresh and very clean. The house is better than the photos. The decorations are beautiful, making every room follow beach themes. Linens and towells were very clean, beds were perfectly made with great touch, and the bed comforts are in great shape. All rooms include air conditioning with extra pillows and linens. Rooms are specious, perfect for a big group. The pool and amenities were excellent, including the grill(ready to be used). The house is fully equipped from the kitchen to the outdoor entertainment area and has enough space to park cars inside of the property. The house is in a great location close to the beaches, restaurants,and has close parks for kids to play. We felt home from the moment we arrived. We hope to return soon! Highly recommend!
