We really enjoyed staying at Graham's and can't recommend it enough. Beautiful, well equipped accomodation with a particularly fantastic upper floor and loads of great things to do nearby. We enjoyed the coastline and beaches, RSPB Minsmere (on your doorstep), Orford and plenty more. We also enjoyed a visit to the very nearby Eel's Foot pub.

This was our 6th time staying in Eastbridge and it hopefully will not be the last. The cottage, Eastbridge and wider Suffolk is fast becoming our family “happy place” given its peaceful, nature filled and beautiful surroundings. The cottage/ house is a perfect place to explore nearby RSPB Minsmere, the Suffolk coast and its many walks and local attractions. The house is well stocked with everything you need and there is always a generous welcome hamper on arrival. Graham and Lindsey are excellent hosts and have always done all they can to help. This quirky Airbnb is a little gem. It is as described, spotlessly clean & in a lovely peaceful setting, but with good access to Minsmere & Dunwich Heath which are both walkable. Southwold & Aldeburgh are just a short drive away. Graham provided a generous welcome basket, lots of toiletries & condiments & is responsive & friendly. We have stayed here multiple times and are already looking forward to returning 10/10.

We stayed for one week and found the accommodation very comfortable, clean and nicely laid out. We did have a small problem with the fridge not working but Graham dealt with this extremely efficiently and a new one was delivered the same day. We loved the views from the top floor and there is an excellent pub called The Eel's Foot within walking distance which served a very good selection of food and beers for the evening. We were able to explore many places in Suffolk and there was a file of interesting suggestions and useful information about local shops etc which was most helpful. We would highly recommend Graham's unique and unusual property for a lovely relaxing vacation. Brian & Linda

We had a wonderful time at East Bridge. The house was perfect for 2 couples and a child. Highlights were the comfortable king-size beds, 2 separate living areas and the great view from upstairs. The location was great, allowing day trips to Southwold, Minsmere, Thorpeness and Aldeburgh. Graham was very helpful with suggestions and left us a much-appreciated welcome basket (even accommodating our dietary requirements). There was parking for multiple vehicles, though the driveway access was a bit tight but manageable. The nearby EV charging options were quite sparse but we were able to book on to charge at Minsmere. We would recommend staying at Graham’s house - it was well equipped, very clean and a true home-from-home! Thank you!
