A quiet room in a flat that can host only max 2 people. The room has a comfortable sofa bed, an in-build wardrobe, a bookcase, and a night table. There is a lot of living space: you can do yoga or study. Bedding, bed sheets and extra blankets are provided. The size of the room is 3x5m. The room's window faces the back garden. You will have a nice view of Arthur's Seat. There is a trainline behind the building: there are only a few trains over the day, none at night - you will sleep comfortably. KITCHEN The kitchen is equipped with: - a microwave - electric kettle - toaster - coffee machine There is also crockery/cutlery, and mugs for your use. BREAKFAST AND REFRESHMENTS I offer a basic breakfast for the first day of your stay: a toast with jam. Tea and coffee are available throughout your stay. I know the feeling of travelling late and having nothing to eat the next morning, just when you need to be somewhere at 9 am. BATHROOM The bathroom has a thermostatic shower over a bathtub, so you can relax after all day of sightseeing or work. Towels and essentials are provided. ENTERTAINMENT I do not have TV, unfortunately. But if you are looking for a quiet space with easy access to the city centre - this is a good stay for you :) I am also a keen walker/hiker.
