Very comfortable and cozy home. Anne was fantastic and stayed in touch with us as the trip got closer, day of travel, and after we arrived. The house was spotless and Anne provided a very nice array of basic groceries and some wonderful treats. There were plenty of supplies to last us throughout the trip. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay and would be glad to book the location again.

This place was fabulous! Anne was amazing to work with and offered many suggestions each time I asked and she was very quick to respond. It was a short walk to the bus stops to get to Edinburgh and surrounding areas Anne recommended. It was only 5 pounds taxi ride to the train station. The house was just wonderful. Anne and Tom left many fresh food items. We had our grandkids along so Anne supplied gates for the stairs, a high chair, a travel cot for our 10 month old with sheets, toys and coloring books. Their backyard area was wonderful for the kids to play games Anne had. There was also a washer and dryer which was perfect for our large family. The older grandkids loved the bunk beds. No other places we have stayed have even come close to Anne and Toms hospitality. Our son and daughter-in-law are also traveling Europe and said the same thing, this place was a true find! Thank you, Anne and Tom, for the wonderful stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Anne’s bnb was spotlessly clean. The communication, prior, during, and post was spot on, and to top it off, the location is but a few minutes car ride away from Edinburgh city center! My family absolutely loved staying here, and cannot recommend this Air bnb highly enough!! Top tip: If you’re hungry when you arrive, be sure to visit Black Box Burgers just down the road. You will NOT be disappointed!

This home was perfectly located for our Scottish vacation! Just a quick drive to Edinburgh and just as easy to explore north. Everything in the home was exactly as described and in many ways exceeded our expectations. We were greeted with a full Christmas tree and stockings as well as a few gifts on the table. The kitchen was fully equipped and allowed for us to cook a full Christmas Dinner. The bedrooms were just right and everything was very clean and updated. The neighborhood is quiet and the view out the back window is beautiful. Groceries and cafes are just a quick walk away. Anne was quick to respond to all of our messages. We'd be happy to stay here again!
