A lovely homely house with a big back yard, it's situated in a quiet area, great for relaxing and it's walking distance to town. If your travelling in winter(as I am now) the house has a heater and the beds come with electric blankets, so warm and cosy. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Thanks very much. A great big backyard suitable for dogs. House looked just like the photos. Seton was responsive and assisted when an issue arose with connecting to the wifi which was greatly appreciated. Excellent location in walking distance of the town and also on the edge of some great forested area which was great hiking.

Seton's place was in a good location very clean,however, we thought this property needed updating and has a very musty stale smell.

Winedown cottage was the perfect place to stay for a couple of nights break while traveling. Peaceful, clean, spacious with all amenities and a big backyard for kids or pets to run off some steam. Walking distance to town, supermarket, shop’s restaurants. Short drives to all that Margaret River has to offer. Would highly recommend and stay again. Responsive host. Well with the stay. Seton’s place was great. We had 3x adults, 1x 4yo, and a small dog, and didn’t wish for anything. Fantastic location, within easy walking distance to the Main Street. The house was as listed, on a quiet street, had everything we needed, and was very clean. Will definitely be staying here again!
