Luxurious master suite & bathroom with separate tub and standing shower. Dual walk-in closets. All rooms include comfortable beds duvets, down comforters and spacious closets. Boardgames. Must provide valid ID at check-in to ensure proper guest is checking in. No exceptions. For last minute bookings, checkin times may vary and differ from listing due to last min and times of requests. We will do our best to accommodate the soonest available time. A walkthrough is needed and due to the flexibility of check-in this time can vary. Main house has 4 bedrooms, each with a smart tv and two living spaces with two pull out queen size beds and two twin sofa sleepers and smart tvs. There are air mattresses upon request. There is an additional 5th before bonus room located above the garage, however, is locked off and ONLY available for groups over 14 guests or available for an extra fee. All guests must be disclosed and accounted for. It is also very important to be honest about number of guests at the home. I have additional fees for guests over 5, per guest, per night. I have cameras all over the perimeter of the home and one inside that captures the door way and hallway only placed for safety reasons. If you have more guests than in the request you will be charged and asked to leave without a refund if not paid immediately. If the 5th bedroom is used without permission a $800 fee will be imposed in addition to other guest fees. Please make sure the number of guest(S) is accurate at the time of booking. Garage is not for parking or use - however, large driveway for parking is available as well as street parking.
