This place was fantastic. It was super clean with a well laid out spacious floor plan. With 6 adults, 1 toddler, and 2 dogs, it was easy to spread out and enjoy ourselves. The back yard was open and wonderful for the dogs and family. The kitchen is well equipped with pot, pans, dishware, etc., to prepare meals which was a definite plus for us. Grocery stores were close. There is easy access (1.1 Miles) to the rail system to get into the DC Mall area within 45 minutes. There is a public playground within walking distance which was wonderful for our granddaughter. We are definitely going to recommend to family and friends and will use again ourselves. We highly recommend this place to everyone.

Erics home became our home away from home for two weeks and we had a blast with all the space! Open floor plan, amazing master bath and great additions for my 2 year old son! Def would rent again!

We had a wonderful stay at Eric’s house. The home is so welcoming and clean. It’s huge, too! It’s in a great location - right by the Rockville town center. Beds are comfortable and each bedroom has its own bathroom. Thank you so much!
