Will recommend. Pierre was very responsive to my concerns. Likewise, easy access to the unit. Kuya, the maintenance is very friendly, he treats us hotdog sandwich with lots of cheese. Very accommodating to the guests. Kudos! 🧡

Very responsive and accommodating host. Toiletries are provided. Amazing view. We like the fireworks display from the balcony. Will surely comeback just as what my son is requesting. And will also refer to my friends.

I love, love, love the place. The location is near the central district, there is a convenient store downstairs, it is walking distance to restaurants, park, mall. The view of the unit is just magnificent, overlooking the bay as well as the city wherein you can see the city lights. It is near MOA, PICC, Makati. Ayala Mall. The room is very clean. It has a large refrigerator, stove, dining set, and it is equipped with kitchen utensils, all you need to do is sit down, eat, and enjoy the place. The price is budget friendly considering all the amenities that comes with the accommodation. It has a huge bed, looks like a king size bed with a sofa bed. The shower room has a hot water and the it has a rain shower head that massages your body- very relaxing. The host is very responsive and gave us directions for sightseeing. The check in process is so easy. I highly recommend this place!!!! I WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK. Thank you host.

I was very impressed by Pierre's place, the apartment was extremely clean, the view to the ocean was stunning, the location is wonderful it is short drive to MOA and many other entertaiments and resturants are nerby, also the location feels extremly safe and the building and its entrance looks like it is hotel. Inside the apartment you can find anything you need, fridge, tv and also electric stove so you can easily cock your food at home In addition, Pierre was very friendly and helpful and was responding very fast to any of my questions, also he speaks english fluently so there wasnt any problem to communicate. I had a very delightful stay In the appartment and Im certain that on my next visit I will return here. 10/10.
