We used Kimberly’s listing to go skiing at Waterville Valley and Cannon Mt., both of which were about an hour drive. Overall it saved us a lot of money and the stay was great! The restaurants right below and in the immediate area are great. It’s also right off of the lake if you plan a trip for the summer. We didn’t even have to contact her because everything was as expected with no problems at all. Great experience!

I needed a quick getaway under an hour from home and Kim's place was exactly what I wanted- nothing fancy, simple, well priced, quiet and COZY!! I know the area but if someone did not, this is a great jumping off spot to everything you need and there are restaurants right there on site. I travel often and the little things in an airbnb are the big things. Kim's place had GREAT bedding and towels, shampoo and conditioner, dish soap w/sponge, coffee and filters! Yes, filters are a great find. I would and hope to book this cozy spot again :)

Hard to find the location (Not Kimberly's Fault) the town does not allow street signage and there are also other business on location..With that being said the suite was very private and even though other business were on the ground floor, you have a vary private entrance and you can not here a singly sound even during business hours... Great Price, Great Communication! Great Location.. The room was exactly as described.. when we could not find location Kimberly returned our message and called us directly right away, Her husband Dave showed us to our room and even how to work the pin code door locks. Suite was stocked with everything that we could need even before we needed it. Very easy to do business with, very good host and very very affordable compared to equal locations with the same amenities would definitely stay here again!
