This place was perfect for our trip taking our two young kids skiing at nearby Gunstock! We loved the design and style of the house, and the views of the lake were phenomenal. Very close to lots of amenities and activities, too. We’d love to come back during the summertime!

Megan’s house is beautifully laid out and so cozy. The space was very clean and it had all the necessities we needed during our stay. Megan was also very accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions. She is also flexible with check-in time, which was extremely helpful. If I was to snowboard next year I would definitely consider re-booking again. :)

My family and I absolutely loved staying here! The home was beautiful, clean, and cozy. Highly recommend having dinner and enjoying the sunset on the outdoor patio. While the residences and their respective docks are quite close together, the 12-home community still felt very peaceful and private. Location was also amazing; many stores and resources (water activity rentals, etc.) within a few minutes’ drive. Lastly, Megan was so kind and extremely responsive throughout the entire stay. Definitely one of Laconia’s hidden gems!
