In a quieter area of the South Coast of Barbados, on the main highway for easy access to the rest of the island while directly on a white sand beach, Maxwell Beach Villas is all about location location location!
There is ample complimentary guest car parking, including a secure underground garage. Car rental companies deliver to you for no extra charge, so easy to rent for just part of your stay.
If you haven’t rented a car, don’t worry because public transportation is just outside your villa (the bus stop is located across the road and the bus fare is BDS$3.75 per ride) and the Reef Bar and Grill restaurant at the nearby Butterfly hotel offers a great dining option if you wish to stay close to your home away from home.
Oistins, which is 15 minutes walk away, offers its famous Friday night fish fry with entertainment and music and St. Lawrence Gap (which offers an array of bars, restaurants, convenient stores and shops) just 5 minutes drive.
Other excursions such as island tours, catamaran cruises, deep sea fishing, and more! Can all be arranged and will collect you from your doorstep.
And lastly, our famous duty free shopping in the historic City of Bridgetown is only a 20 minute drive away.

We are just under 15 minutes from the airport, so you will soon be relaxing after your journey. While there are taxis available as you leave the arrivals hall, the charging system is a bit chaotic and can sometimes be a rough welcome to the island, so our advice is to consider prebooking with a fixed price. We will advise further after you confirm your booking. Or book your rental car for collection at the airport! It is an easy drive following highway 7 from the airport, through Oistins, and on to Maxwell. We can send a map after you confirm (no links allowed before).
