A great location, a clean quality home and well laid out. Very convenient access to Montepulciano while being just far enough away to offer peace and quiet when needed. Thank's Manuele for greeting us and assisting throughout the stay.

What a beautiful villa. The host Manuele was helpful, charming and his home was perfect for our family of 6. The landscaping was beautiful, the pool was immaculate with a gorgeous view of the valley. We ate fantastic food in town and also with a private chef at the house (Alessandro) . It was an hour to Siena and 1.5 to Florence with many beautiful towns in the area. We will recommend this villa to our friends and family!

Pristine condition...fabulous location, a few minutes to old-town of Montepulciano. The layout of the property is well suited for lots of guests with every bedroom having its own bathroom and access to patio or outdoor space. Perfectly appointed kitchen. Stunning grounds, well-groomed with plenty of room to roam. Loved the valley views and olive tree orchard. The pool was exceptional. This property exceeded our expectations.

Our family of 10 (6 adults and 4 kids) - a first trip with 3 generations - had a lovely vacation here. The Emma Villas team was super helpful before the trip and for planning; and the villa owner Manuele is delightful and cares a lot about providing a great stay. The property is exactly as advertised, the kitchen is gorgeous and well equipped. We hired a private chef for 3 nights (recommend Sabrina who was a recommendation of Emma Villas concierge team) but also loved cooking in it ourselves. The grounds of the property are great for a group - outside seating, room for the kids to run and play. We were here when it was a bit chilly - no pool and used the heat - and it mattered none :) Would recommend to all and good for any older guests because of options for ground floor bedrooms. Views of the landscape were 10/10! Easy and quick ride to Montepulciano - you definitely need a car here of course.
