Everything else was value of 5 stars except pool and sun terraces. Sun terrace and pool area were partially under renovation and sunny part of the pool area was unusable.

初めての海外長期滞在で１か月間滞在しました。 総合的に満足の行く部屋で、快適に過ごすことができました。またバンコクに長期滞在する際には、是非利用したいです。 BTSの駅から徒歩圏で、コンビニ7-11、スーパーBic C miniも徒歩圏にあり、立地条件も良好です。 コンドミニアムにはコインランドリーも新設されていて、ジムもあり、屋上テラスも快適です。 ホストのKrittiyaさんは、メッセージを送るとすぐに対応してくれて、チェックイン時間にも柔軟に対応してもらえました。チェックインの際には、近隣のおすすめの場所なども教えてくれて、フレンドリーな方です。 部屋からの景色も掲載している写真のとおり、BTSの線路や、川を通る船が眺められ、素晴らしいです。 窓を開けると、幹線道路に面しているので、車の走行音が気になること、シャワースペースが狭いことが気になりますが、大きな問題ではありません。

Cheap and nice apartment approximately 40 minutes by bts to the center of Bangkok. The space is small but enough for someone that is constantly traveling around. The only down side is that the condominium doesn't have a laundry and the closest one is approximately 500m away.

Evi nasıl bulacağım konusunda yardımcı oldu. Geliş saatime göre zamanında benimle buluşup bekletmedi. Ev temiz, düzenli ve herşey düşünülmüştü.Ev eşyaları çalışır durumdaydı. Herhangi bir sıkıntı yaşamadım Evsahibi çok iyi ve yardımcı bir kişi. Evden ve ev sahibinden sorun yaşamayacaksınız.Evin konumu merkeze bts ile 1 saat uzaklıkta. Ev bts durağına çok yakın.Etrafında market, restoran, çamaşır yıkama Merkezi vb herşey var.Tekrar gittiğimde yine Krittiya ın evinde kalacağım. Herşey için tesekkürler

The apartment was better than in the pictures! This was our 2nd time spending 3 months in Thailand, the location was perfect to us, bc it's a little bit away from the city center (1h by BTS), so we could experience a local vibe. Away from the city center the train is free, so we could take a free train to the Ancient City, to Chang Erawan museum, to big supermarkets (only 2 stations away), to a big department store (like a mall), and to 3 different markets (cheap and with no tourists): Black Market, Pak Nam Fresh Market and Chang Erawan market. The apartment is small but tidy, with everything you need to cook, hot shower, 2 ACs, a comfy bed and good wifi to work with a great view to the river (with the best sunset ever!) The swimming pool has salty water and whrilpool bath, and it also has a nice jacuzzi, both with a great sunset view! (and you can have a shower before going back to the apartment) The gym is also great! Krittiya is amazing, friendly and we loved chatting with her.
