This place was as described, clean, matched the photos and descriptions. The host explained everything in great details, from how to check in, to how to recycle and how to checkout. Parking is free in the street. Host had notes on where you can order food, where supermarket is, buses and everything else you might need and was very responsive 10/10. The only thing that we didn't think about when reserving the place is it's location, for going to main attractions this place was a bit further away from our liking, since you have to take a bus, and then the metro, or take regional train then metro/bus, going to/from main attracting usually lasted 1h-2h for us. At nights the rides were rarer and at some points we saw that metro station was closed at 10 pm (not sure if this was due to some holidays, or maybe strikes). All in all the place is great, there is a market nearby, we managed to find the parking in front of the place every time, on both sides of the street there is a bus stop.

The place was very nice and quiet. There’s privacy and there is all the necessities you need to stay in. The host is very nice and helpful at any case, and tries to help you with any question you may have. We recommend it who is looking for a place to stay in Rome!

Very clean and comfortable. Everything was great. We had a small problem upon arrival because it was not explained to us the easiest way to enter.

Thank you very much for such a quick reception! Everything was explained and shown to me, and I had to provide documents for the people who arrived. It would have been more convenient with a car, although there is a bus stop nearby, but buses tend not to come.
