The location and apartment is really nice, in the center of Crystal Palace, with ready walking access to restaurants, the park, and two subway stations. Access was really easy and everything was exactly like we hoped from the pictures and description. However the bathroom and bedroom were not as clean as my wife would like and there were some noticable smells from towels and kitchen rags that were somewhat mildewed. There were also minimal directions for how to turn on the heat or what the checkout procedure should be. Thankfully though the host checked in with us when we arrived and helped work through the issue with the heat and other questions. Overall we were happy with our stay and we would recommend!

We had stayed at Zoe's place before so new we could expect good communication with Zoe. The house is comfortable and welcoming and in a great spot for all we wanted to do and see in the area. Very highly recommended.

Zoe's place was amazing. Literally no complaints. My gf and I were there for a week to work remotely and the home was very spacious, comfortable, and within great proximity to park restaurants, and groceries. Highly recommend to all.
