The number of bedrooms and bathrooms was adequate for our group. The proximity(walking distance) to the beach and restaurant was a plus. The cleaning schedule was very good. Adequate towels. The rooms were moldy and appeared to have just been painted over. After the first few days the paint started pealing and the mold became obvious. The washing machine was non-operable although one was promised. The initial cleaning was done the day we arrived so the smell of paint was pungent. The noise from traffic on the street was horrible day and worse at nights. There were only 3 operating fans for 6 bedrooms so needless to say the place was HOT. Everyone got sick; maybe because of the mold we don't know.

Das Haus ist groß und bietet viel Platz. Die Lage ist einfach hervorragend, 3 Min zur Fuß zum Strand, sowie guter Startpunkt für die Ausflüge mit dem Auto. Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor dem Haus. Wir waren insgesamt 8 Personen: 2 Familien mit jeweils 2 Teenagern 15 - 17 Jahre alt. Es gibt insgesamt 4 Duschen und Toiletten, sodass wir kein Stau hatten. Das Haus steht direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße, Manchmal war es dadurch schon ziemlich laut. Küche war leider eher bescheiden ausgestattet. Stumpfe Messer, zerstörte Pfannen, sogar ein durchlöcherter Topf. Wobei die Pfannen hat man uns innerhalb kürzester Zeit ausgetauscht. Also die Küche benötigt etwas Erneuerung. Sonst war alles bestens, Check-In absolut problemlos, Kommunikation super, schnelle Reaktion.

There were some hiccups with check in due to cleaning staff remaining on site. Overall, great location and amenities, and a great value!
