Waking up (and falling asleep) to the sound of the ocean is magical which is what this place is! Unbeatable location, literally on top of the ocean and yet a short walk to the charming town. While the house could use a little TLC the views and outdoor areas (pool! hot tub! multiple places to lounge!) make up for it.

We had a terrific stay and this magical place right on the beach. The property both inside and outside was larger than expected and we had plenty of space to feel like we were at a resort. I made a point to sit in all the options outside as the view is incomparable. We will be going back at some point, maybe in the warmer season. This is truly a great property.

This house is in an amazing location. It has all the things you need to cook pretty much anything you can come up with. It's a cross between a boat and house - as the waves crash against it for much of the tide. There are 3 bedrooms, each has a bathroom. Then there's an attic-type open space with two twin beds, that's open to the kitchen and is really bright for sleeping. Downstairs there are two pull out couches in the large TV/Game room - but no curtains on windows so also quite bright. Sauna downstairs is delightful, and I don't think the mention it on the listing. Round table easily seated 8 for dinner each night which was really nice. The pool deck is gigantic - you are able to have privacy from each other no problem. Lots of spaces for conversations all over the property. The lower patio is even bigger - but takes spray from the waves on and off so it's a little less desirable for hanging out. We never figured out how to get the Sonos or the old school stereo system working. The TV's all worked and there are many of them. The three bedrooms each have a full bath - and there is one extra 1/2 bath on the main floor. Bolinas had a water shortage while we were there - 125 gallons per day. I don't know how we did but we were careful about our usage. That could be tough depending on your group. Overall, amazing spot, older home with some quirks.

Views + location was unbelievable. There was sand in one of the beds the night we arrived- the downstairs rooms and linens didn't seem to be cleaned. Bring your own kitchen gear- the utensils arent very clean. Other than that,the view can't be beat!

Hard to believe this place is real. What a wonderful location right on the beach. The house is extremely large both inside and out and it's impossible not to fully relax the moment you arrive.
