I had the most Amazing time - Rut's apartment is perfect . So creative and Artistic . The apartment was spotless . Rut was great - I enjoyed meeting Rut and our conversations .

I found this apartment through a referral. When I arrived the place was squeaky clean. It was beautifully and artistically decorated. Some of the artwork that adorned the walls was Rut’s. I am so envious of people who can mix colors, texture and patterns. The apartment was nicely stocked with all the enmities one could want: coffee maker, microwave, toaster, all the cookware and accessories. And even some starter coffee, cooking supplies, paper towels, aluminum foil, etc. The bed was comfortable with quality sheets. The location was perfect for me: not too close to the noisy downtown area, but an easy 10 walk to it. It was us sally super quiet at night, although the local roosters start crowing early. A nice restaurant is just right around the corner, as is a bus stop, but I usually could catch a taxi for $1.25 ride into town. Rut’s friendly and helpful demeanor made my stay a pleasant one. Her bilingual skills and knowledge of the area were a big help. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Nice, clean place. Well appointed with anything a visitor could want. Ruth is a very accommodating hostess and very knowledgeable regarding what to do and where to go within the area. A very enjoyable experience for us.

We stayed for two weeks, and Rut's apartment was wonderful! It is located in a quiet section of Cotacachi, yet just a 10-minute walk to the Mercado and 15 minutes to San Francisco Square. The kitchen was well stocked and the apartment was very clean, and it was wonderful having access to a washing machine and dryer. Rut was very friendly and quick to respond. We enjoyed getting to know her. The price of the apartment can't be beat. In all, we highly recommend Rut's apartment.
