Renee was super nice and the house is lovely! With a great view, comfortable beds, and everything we needed in the kitchen, we enjoyed it very much. We were very surprised to learn that there were separate renters on the bottom floor. I don't remember reading this in the description. That renter was upset that we were up early to go skiing, and came up banging loudly on the front door to complain that we were making too much noise. Unfortunately, noise carries through the house and we heard them the night before, too. I made some other little suggestions to the owner; mostly to have curtains on windows downstairs (to block blinding light from lake) and in bedrooms (to block exterior lighting throughout the sleeping hours), and to provide towel hooks in the bathrooms. Despite having to deal with the downstairs renter and being nervous that we were making too much noise, we had a nice time. I would have overlooked everything in terms of feedback if we hadn't paid SO much for the rental. The kids loved the bunk room with little slide though. Thank you, Renee, you were very friendly and understanding, given the other renters' complaints.

This home is located in an absolutely amazing location! A very short walk to everything there is to do in Meredith, including Town Docks and the Mill Falls Marketplace across the road. The view of the lake is absolutey spectacular and you can see it from many rooms in the house. Great kitchen for entertaining and very comfortable bedrooms and plenty of sparking clean bathrooms. The only thing for potential guests to consider is that there is no designated dining space or table. There are a total of 9 bar stools with bar space at the kitchen and underneath an end table, and there is additional space outside, but having at least one dining table would have been great.

If it's possible, this home is even better than it looks. The location is hard to beat on this lake, as you are within walking distance to really anything you may need or want to do. The home is all brand new with high end touches and everything spotless! You can't beat the gorgeous decks, beautiful lawn space and fire pit. The beds are comfortable, each bedroom has a bathroom and the kitchen was stocked full of anything you need to cook! We even had a chef come in one night and there was plenty of room for them to cook a meal for 10 people! I highly recommend this space for anyone looking to relax in a beautiful home, with access to the water and everything that Meredith, NH and Lake Winnipesaukee has to offer. Renee was very quick to respond to anything that we needed and was very kind. Currently, this home does not have an indoor dining table, so if you have a large family and want a dinner table other then the large outdoor patio tables on the large deck (which are perfect for beautiful nights), then that would be the only thing missing from this home.

This is an incredible home and in a perfect location. This home was even more amazing than what I had imagined and I hope to stay here again in the future. Thank you to Renee for her prompt responses to questions during and before our stay celebrating my wedding right down the street at Church Landing!

The house is amazing and is in a perfect location. Make sure to understand there is a separate villa that gets rented out below so you could be sharing space and some amenities. Otherwise, this house is a 10!
