房子各方面都非常赞，如果要说缺点，唯一的问题就是要拿着行李箱爬到3楼，但是这个问题在房源介绍里面已经说清楚了！很开心的体验，希望下次再来！

We absolutely loved our stay in this Air BNB! It’s right off of Rue Cler, the most adorable street in Paris (and my personal favorite of all the places we visited!) So many great restaurants, bakeries, shops and bars just around the corner! The Air BNB was also a good size for four people. The shower was great, felt like a hotel! Our only complaint was the 1 key. You can’t open the door from the outside without it, so someone had to be home if you were out. Not sure why this host still hasn’t added an additional key because this place can host 4 people easy. But overall we enjoyed our stay and would come back if we ever go back to Paris!

On the whole we were happy with the apartment. The shower was good and bedrooms were a good size. Kitchen is clean and well equipped (a new bottle opener would be good). Could access Netflix and Amazon Prime on the TV. I would prefer to have the larger TV which is in bedroom one in the living area but that’s a minor point. The description is slightly inaccurate as there isn’t a view of the Eiffel Tower as such but it is very close. We also had trouble with entering the apartment initially as the instructions did not make it clear what you need to do but a kind French man showed us and we managed to get in. The pillows are terrible, far too big and not comfortable. There was also a lot of noise from the apartment above as it’s an old building and has wooden floors so I would take earplugs if you can. It’s on the third floor up lots of winding narrow stairs so not good for anyone with limited mobility. We had a lovely stay and it’s a great apartment in terms of location.

Juan apartment was very very well organized with all the required amenities. The place was clean and the Juan was very responsive with any questions. Slight improvement needed for the wooden floors being squeaky. Also little bit of a workout trying to climb stairs to the 3rd floor. The stairs have no lights after dark so I recommend there should be some lighting on the stairs especially consorting the little ones trying to get up the winding set of stairs in the dark. Overall it was a wonderful stay and the apartment is in a very nice neighborhood which quiet, safe and walkable distance to Eiffel Tower and Invalides museum. There are lots of great restaurants, cafe, bakery shops, grocery stores right behind the apartment. I highly recommend Juan’s place if you are in Paris.

The apartment is located in a prime location. It is 15 minutes away from the Eiffel Tower. Around the corner there’s a beautiful street full of restaurants, cafés, bakeries, flower shops, fruit stands, and even a supermarket. The Metro train stop is a three minute walkfrom the apartment. The place is on the third floor, and there is no elevator but rather a winding staircase, which can be challenging for those with mobility issues. The only complaint I would have is the pillows were too large and uncomfortable so we had to improvise.
