If there is evidence of a party or event, then there will be an additional charge of $500 for extra cleaning. * Please do not make the room messy and dirty, otherwise an additional cleaning fee will be charged. * Check-in after 3pm. Please Note: We can not arrange early check in, as we require this time to clean the room. * Check out time is at 10am. If you check out more than 1 hour late, you will be charged an extra $100 fee. If you check out after 12pm, you will be charged the base rate for the nights’ accommodation without the right to occupy the apartment for the extra night.
