I stayed at Lavonda’s place for about a month. Im new to Charlotte and needed a place to stay while I transitioned. I’m so grateful to have found this place, it made the process much easier. The house is sparkling clean and always smells great. I was extremely comfortable in my room and common areas considering this was my first time booking just a room. The room is much better looking in person then in the pictures available. Lavonda and her husband are honest working people. I will recommend them to anyone needing a place to stay in Charlotte.

Vonda is very aware of her guest's comfort. The room was stylish and the details were well thought of. I had everything I needed while I was there. Great place for the price.
