This was my second time at the House on Smith Lane. It was as charming, beautiful and peaceful as it was the first time. The house is well equipped and stocked with everything you need to cook your most delicious meals. Floors were so clean (I take my shoes off in the house) that even a wipe of the floor with a Clorox wipe didn’t have any dirt on it! Just an exceptional house inside and out! We took daily walks on Smith Lane and even ran into one of the neighbors a few times - very lovely folks with a very happy lab! Turning of the season taking place on Smith Lane was lovely to see and experience during the two weeks’ stroll. Marco is a great host, very accommodating, helpful and thoughtful, and is quick to respond. Thank you, Marco, for making this stay truly marvelous! Looking forward to my next visit!

This was our second time staying at Marco and Lisa's place, and we can't wait to come back again next year. :) We stayed in 2022 for our babymoon and this time around we came back with our daughter, which was so very special. Everything is cozy and lovely, it's a short drive to great restaurants and there's so much to do if that's what you're looking for. The pool is divine and there's a family of deer who seem to live on the property which was ridiculously picturesque. It was a hot weekend and the AC was doing it's job to the max. And the entire house felt very baby friendly.

Lovely stay in the Catskills! Pool was a dream. Highly recommend!
