Mathew’s RV was the perfect getaway and relaxing retreat. The property was beautiful and serene. The high canopy of trees provided perfect shade but let in enough sun when we wanted. The river access made the trip well worth it. We kayaked and sat on the dock. We looked at the stars at night. We made the 20 minute drive to New Bern for lunch on the water. We couldn’t have asked for anything more except a longer weekend!

There is no way to describe how great our stay was. We were only in the area for a short time and regret that we couldn’t stay longer. The property and the accommodations were perfect but the host Mathew really sets this place apart from anything else you will find. Communication was clear and timely. He went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our time there. The small details that make a memorable stay were spot on. We were on a strange schedule and he was super easy to work with. This property and the amenities are something that you are not going to run across very often. It is very cool that Mathew is willing to share this awesome place with guests. This was our first Airbnb, we have used Vrbo a lot all over the southeast to stay on the water at fishing tournaments and we have stayed in some amazing places and met some great hosts but this little spot is a one of a kind.

My family and I were extremely pleased with the property. Everything from the 5star camper to the host. The property is very well maintained including the grounds to the camper. Mathew is a great host. He had kayaks to use. My son loved the jet ski. Mathew had bait for us to fish with and pointed us to the local fishing spots. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful camping experience with the 5star amenities. We will definitely be going back. Thank you

Very nice camper on the water. Very private. 15 minutes from International Paper. 20 minutes from New Bern. Great location. Good fishing.

Omg!!!! Mathew made our first Airbnb experience phenomenal. I hope others will be as kind as him. He gave great directions, and every time we needed help, when we reached out to him, he always responded promptly. His camper is beautiful, and the pictures are just a little preview of the true beauty of the camper. You have to see it in person to believe it and see it. We got to rent the boat, and Mathew took us out to some great fishing spots. He was dead on with showing us where to cast and how to catch fish, and everything worked. Mathew seemed like an older brother to us instead of an Airbnb host. He treated us with respect as well as us treating his place and him with respect. Next time we have to rent the jet skis. For anybody wanting a quiet and peaceful getaway, this is an ideal place to zen and relax and enjoy yourself.
