The place lived up to its name: cozy...and more. We wanted to stay longer but our schedule did not allow. Everything was accessible from personal needs to transportation. Common tourist spots were easily within reach as well and of course the whole city sparkled of discipline and courtesy from everyone! Kudos to the host for the extra touches! We were really amazed.

Check in and check out was very efficient. The hosts respond to questions promptly. The unit is very spacious with pretty much everything you would need to stay comfortably. Location is very good and walking distance to the mall. Only downside is the slow wifi internet.

Gemma's place is cozy! Its actually more than what we expected. 😊♥️ Gemma is an excellent host. Very responsive and easy to communicate. She gave us 4 days free parking, free use of pool for 2 pax. Her place has lots of amenities including first aid kit with medicines. Free fruits, drinks, water with dispenser, tea, coffee and crackers. She was willing to assist us in order to make our stay worth coming back. We definitely and cant wait to come back soon! :) 💕

The host is very kind and accommodating. She replies right away to your queries. She even have complimentary fruits, bread, chips, beer, coffee and tea ready for us. Checking In and out is very easy. The unit is new. It got almost everything you need, Cookware, utensils, toiletries, towels, medicine kit, etc. Cleanliness is superb. The condo is literally beside the Abreeza Mall and very near to other establishments, 4-5 mins walk to 24/7 convenience store. I even went home 2 AM by just riding a jeep. I am also a host in Manila. Her unit inspired and taught me to improve mine. I would really recommend this place. Thank you very much Mam!! Such a lovely a place you have. P.S. The actual condo is better than the pics uploaded.

Great place to stay in the heart of Davao City. We'll definitely comeback to this place anytime soon. 😇
