very fast, polite, accurate at responding. The place is clean with large rooms and enough space for languages and othe things you may have. Bathrooms are clean and comfortable. Kitchen was fully prepared for any cooking. Living room was just like home. The streets are packed with cars with narrow street, so having a private place to park was greatly appreciated. The neighborhood looked very safe with friendly neighbors (helped us to get to the house). Short drive to everywhere and great sunday market close by. Will get this house again if we travel back to Seattle.

Lovely place to stay. Easy to get to. Easy walk to Ballard Locks and Sunset Hill market area. Robert was very helpful when we had a small hitch. He communicated with us and took care of everything.

Thoughfully designed space for us and two kids. Bright where it's important (kitchen/living) and cozy where it isn't (bedrooms). The horizontal layout - with bathrooms on the same floor as kitchen/living - is more comfortable than than the vertical behemoths taking over the area. (Unless you like the exercise stairs provide and have no concerns about anyone in your party tumbling down.) Great soundproofing, you'd hardly know there was anyone upstairs. Easy walk to parks, restaurants, groceries, Ballard Ave. Plenty of street parking, but having a dedicated spot at the rental is a comvenience appreciated by these parents of a toddler.
