My stay and experience with Joseph & Julia was fantastic! Check-in and details to get there was a breeze. His response time is quick and always helpful. The house is clean and quiet. The living area is spacious and has beautiful natural light. The "Maurice" room I stayed in was small, but homely. It's fit for 1 person or kids. The location is great. You're 2 minutes away from the bus stop and a nice neighborhood park. Also, right across the street is a bodega for snacks and drinks. For sight-seeing, the train ride to Manhattan is just an hour. Would definitely book again next time I'm in NY!
