This charming little cottage is the most carefully planned accommodation I’ve seen. The attention to detail was off the charts. From the chilled wine, to the basket of dog blankets, bowls, treats, to the binder of nearby hikes, to the kitchen stocked with amenities (a blender!)to the kayaks and life jackets for two, and more. The bed and bedding were so comfy and the well crafted glass roof meant I could lie at night staring gazing. The picture of the winding staircase is accurate, so take a look at see if would cause you any concern physically. Bathroom is main floor. The front deck, private, yard, and picnic table were extremely inviting but the weather was a bit chilly during my stay. There are some trees and buses for privacy. For those that want the unobstructed views, there are strategically place Muskoka chairs calling. I opted to take few steps to the beach and take long strolls to fill my soul. Stunning! As a solo female guest, I truly appreciated the safety and beauty.

What a gorgeous little cottage!! The space is Earth-friendly, immaculately clean and very well-equipped with careful attention to comfort and detail (including a welcome basket for guests and puppy!). We enjoyed the ocean views, surf, sunsets, quiet star-filled nights, a pounding rainstorm and hiking some of the countless nearby trails. Hosts Gil and Sue are terrific - super welcoming, friendly and available anytime. We just love this private and cozy spot – highly recommend!

Cozy little cottage right on the beach! A great weekend getaway away from the city. They even had a little doggy basket set up for my pup and had some wine and sparkling water set aside to welcome us. Would definitely come back!

Sue and Gil were very responsive and accommodating. As for location, not very private and found ourselves closing the blinds to not be seen by neighbours or hosts. This was unfortunate as the area and ocean were extremely beautiful and serene to look at. The pictures made the cottage look more private than it actually was which was disappointing to us. But, a beautiful cottage with very cozy vibes, the area was gorgeous!
