There is a sofa sleeper in the den area for extra sleep space. Tile floors throughout the premises. Beach gear available for Guest use. 2 Flat screen TVS WiFi No smoking No pets No boat or trailer parking on site - City of Marco Island rule Maximum Occupancy: 6 Minimum Stay: 7 nights Daily electrical allowance: $12 $500. Refundable Security Deposit Rate premiums may apply base upon requested dates of stay. Marco Island City has mostly common sense rules for vacation rentals. Not following these rules can result in big fines which you will be required to pay. We want you to have a great visit so follow our house rules, avoid the fines and spend that cash on something fun. Noise The # 1 complaint on Marco about rental homes is excessive noise after 8pm. Please limit outdoor noise from 8 pm to 8 am including pool, dock and lanai areas. We suggest you stay inside the house after 8 pm if you plan to listen to music, watch TV, play games, have a rousing conversation with lots of laughter. etc.. IF the police visit the house during your stay, you are too loud. Noise travels across water very easily. City Fines can be from $250 to $5,000 (five thousand). Plus the host agency has an administrative fine of $100 or more. Vehicles & Parking The # 3 complaint on Marco about rental homes is excessive vehicles on the property. One vehicle per bedroom is the maximum allowed. Some homes may be less depending on the size of the driveway compared to the house. If the city observes excess vehicles – you may pay a daily fine of $50/vehicle and they can towed away No part of the parked vehicle can be covering any portion of the sidewalk. Never park overnight in the between sidewalk and street. Occupancy and number of People The # 2 complaint on Marco about rental homes is overcrowding. All homes have a maximum # of people allowed per the fire codes. Infants and children are calculated in this number as one per child. We may ask you for the names of everyone in your group after you make your reservation. You will need to give us the names prior to checking in and picking up your keys. Excess people at the property is a violation of your rental agreement and can mean you have to leave. The host agency may fine you if it does not cancel the rental. Trash We have a Trash service that will bring the bins down to the road on garbage and recycle days- Wednesday and Sunday Evenings. If the cans are inside the garage, please put them out on the driveway. We may charge you $50 if you don’t’ do this AND the cost to dispose of the trash. Garbage trucks will be by to pick up the trash on Thursday morning and Monday morning. House Condition The house is clean when you arrive. We expect you to leave the house in reasonably clean condition when you leave. On check out, excessive laundry will be charged to you at $25/ load The kitchen stove, fridge, cabinets and counters should be free of food. All dishes should be clean on departure.
The place was very nice and we enjoyed the home. It had all the amenities one would want in a rental home. Warning to future renters, the home has multiple cameras and the owners / property manager monitor them very closely. The owners will send a message reprimanding you if you have as much as a single guest beyond 6, at any point, even if they live near by and are stopping for a few minutes.

The home was absolutely beautiful, relaxing and clean. The home is decorated so nicely. Our favorite spot was the pool and the lanai. We loved watching the dolphin swimming in the canal. The house is in a great location to everything in Marco. Communication was easy and convenient. We would love to rent again in the future!
We loved our stay! One of the neighbors across the canal feeds dolphins every day, so keep watch for them mid-morning. On our last day they swam around under our dock and playfully popped out of the water at us! There was plenty of space for our family of five to spread out, the sliding doors open nice an wide for blending pool time and inside time, and it's an easy 1.5mile bike ride to the beach. (We don't recommend renting the 4-seater bikes as they can be tough to maneuver, but we'll have stories now for years to come.) The host/property company was easy to communicate with.
Marco Island is a Vacation Destination in the 10,000 Islands on the Southwest Coast of Florida near the Florida Everglades. Marco Islands beach is a white sand, crescent shaped oasis for Visitors to enjoy the balmy, Tradewinds breezes and shimmering aqua Gulf of Mexico waters. The Island is quite self-sufficient with grocery stores, pharmacies, plenty of boutique shopping and Award Winning Restaurants. Marco Island is a short 20 minute drive to Metropolitian Naples.
Marco Island is 6 miles around and easy to navigate by car....bicycle or boat. There is also CAT Transportation bus service that can take Guests to destinations throughout Collier County. Taxi Airport transportation and rental car options are available as well.
