This is my "go to" place when staying in Olean. Teresa is a wonderful hostess. You couldn't ask for anyone better. Or, for a nicer place!

Teresa's apartment was very nice and served us well for 3 days! It was clean and had some nice touches i.e. candles in bedroom, welcome note with snacks and waters and very pleasant personalities. We could store our bikes in her garage which was super nice! Teresa and her husband always had time to chat and wanted to make sure everything was OK! We were there to visit family so we could come and go as we wished and everything seemed safe there! I would highly recommend staying here...we certainly will if available when we return!

Great location for us! Teresa was very responsive and accommodating for our late arrival. We hope to stay next time we are in the area.

WOW. Wonderful host. Theresa thought of everything you might need while you are away from home. Lovely place. Quiet, peaceful surroundings, close to town.
