We loved our stay! Was in town with 8 people for a family wedding & had more than enough room for everyone to feel comfortable and have space. Loved the layout and location.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Karen's Franklin, TN, home. The spacious, clean, and convenient location met all our expectations for our daughter's wedding in Franklin. Karen's communication leading up to and during was on point.

Karen is an excellent host! This trip was not our immediate family's stay, but a vacation to celebrate my sisters' birthdays. The home is welcoming and even though it was just 3 of us staying, it was nice to retreat to our own bedrooms at the end of the day, and have our own bathrooms to get ready in the mornings. We enjoyed the other spaces as well, chatting while sitting at the island in the kitchen, enjoying meals at the dining room table, and even taking in a movie in the living room. It was the perfect place to stay after enjoying all Franklin has to offer each day. Karen communicated excellently with me and I never had to wonder about anything, as she covered it all perfectly. I definitely recommend this home and am grateful we chose it for our stay!

Would stay here again. Excellent layout. Quiet, clean, well maintained. Would prefer a few more kitchen staples and amenities , but only if you’re cooking and most may dine out. The AC/heating unit in the “garage” room didn’t work when we were there. Neat room tho! The weather was beautiful so not really needed for us when we stayed. Excellent space and communication from Karen. Note that you are responsible to take all sheets off beds that were slept in, and put all towels in the washing machine and start the load before you leave as well as start the dishwasher. Per most air bnb’s, must take out the trash as well.

Karen’s home was lovely, well stocked and super clean. Plenty of space for 3 couples and their vehicles. It was quiet yet an easy walk to shopping and restaurants. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to large groups wanting to stay in Franklin!
