A gorgeous, clean, modern two bedroom apartment with private entrance and huge private covered deck (lower level of our mountain home built in 2016). With forest on all sides of the deck, it is like living in a treehouse in spring and summer, gorgeous colors in fall, mountain views late fall and winter. Only 4 miles/10 minutes from downtown Asheville (Pack Square)! Parking for 2 cars max and 4 guest max. Uber and various food delivery companies service the area! Sorry no pets :( - Parking for 2 cars maximum [Strict] - 4 guests maximum [Strict] - No pets [Strict] - Avgs 5 to 6 degrees cooler than downtown!! - Kitchen stocked with paper towels, coffee filters, trash bags, salt, pepper, sugar, non-dairy creamer, dishes, wine opener, pots & pans, coffee maker, blender. - Starter packets of coffee - Bathroom stocked with toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, trash bags - Towels & linens included - Extra blankets & pillows - 3 ROKU TVs: 42 inch in living area & king bedroom, 32 inch in queen bedroom - HBO, Showtime, and other premium cable channels. - High speed wifi / internet - Iron & ironing board. - Great location in North Asheville: ~~ 10 min. to downtown/Pack Square ~~ 10 min. to Grove Park Inn ~~ 15 min. to River Arts District ~~ 15 min. to Biltmore House ~~ 12 min. to Blue Ridge Parkway (at Town Mountain Road) ~~ 12 min. to Craven Gap Trail on Blue Ridge Parkway ~~ 20 min. to Folk Art Center on Blue Ridge Parkway

Would absolutely stay here again. My favorite part is how Tricia welcomed us upon arrival but also knew how to keep it short and simple. The worst is when a host wants to drone on and on. Tricia is a master when it comes to Hi and Bye. The deck was worth the entire stay alone, absolutely gorgeous.

Heaven amongst the trees! Three of us had a fabulous weekend playing tourists and then returning to this wonderful and comfortable location up on the mountain in the afternoon for some downtime before heading out in the evening. We really enjoyed hanging out in the swing chairs and swing daybed on the balcony anytime we could and catching up or just enjoying the quiet and natural surrounds. Relaxation plus! Inside was warm, very clean and cosy. The hosts live upstairs on the road level and the entrance to the accommodation is down some breezeway stairs before reaching the lower level accommodation which is a totally private space for guests. Thank you, Tricia and Bruce.

This place was absolutely beautiful! Just like the pictures. Very clean. Tricia was very responsive, kind and friendly. I would 100% recommend to stay with them.

This place was perfect for a quick girls getaway! Me and my girlfriends can not wait to come back to this exact same place. So close to downtown but still in the mountains. Place was very clean and the hosts were super friendly! We met them and their adorable dog Toro🩷

Only 4 miles/10 minutes from downtown (Pack Square) but situated at a higher elevation that is approximately 2800 feet in elevation and 5 to 6 degrees cooler than the downtown area. We are on a beautiful shady 2 mile road that is a popular jogging, walking, bike riding spot for locals. You'll even see the Asheville bike tours go by. With only 26 homes on a 2 mile stretch of road, there is lots of privacy. Yet within minutes you can be downtown! Porch is like being in a tree house!

Parking for 2 cars. Uber does service our road, so easy to experience downtown without taking your car!
