I found Britt was a pleasure to book with. She was proactive, contacting me with all the information required for my stay, and always replied to my messages very quickly. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had a welcoming homelike feel. The master bedroom and ensuite were modestly decorated and free of clutter, which was great. We were able to prepare all our meals in the apartment kitchen and made use of the clothes dryer after swimming each time. The kids loved going up and down to the pool all day and were easilly able to walk to Sunshine Plaza to do whatever 14 year olds do! We found no shortage of things to watch from the balcony overlooking the river, with lots of little boats and kayaks crusing up and down. The sunrise was beautiful to watch each morning as it rose over the river and beach, and the larger balcony at the back of the apartment was a lovely spot to watch the sunset over the distant mountains. We would love to come back in the future.

Britt was a lovely host. We did run into some issues with the unit above us doing construction work over our stay. Britt did her best to rectify the situation to the best she could. The location and views are stunning, and we enjoyed the heated pool facilities (in Winter). Just a shame about the noise from the construction work above. Britt was a great host.

We had not visited the Sunshine Coast in years. This was a last minute booking for us and we could not have been happier. Property is everything as advertised. We really didn’t need to venture out far to entertain ourselves Pool and Spa, beautiful. Tennis rackets in the unit for a game. Fished off the jetty. Spent hours looking at the water view. Shopping centre mins walk away and endless supply of eating places within 10’mins walk. Beds are comfortable, unit and all facilities are very clean. Our 4WD vehicle was too high for the under building parking. Ask for measurement at booking if you are a tall vehicle. The managers were quick to find us an off street solution, for which we were very grateful. Great family property and handy for people with small boats. Can rent some pontoon space and keep your tinnie safely out the front on call for a trip up the river. We will be back, and recommend staying with Britt and co.
