I think there were a number of miscommunications. I feel as a host, there should be a lot of information providing from the beginning. I did not experience those with Rueben. When I arrived there was a gate with a Do Not Enter sign on it which led me to believe I was at the wrong address. From there I had to find other accommodations as arrival information was not provided fully.

Dear Mr. Ruben Many thanks for your host. For sure, I will repeat my stay in your place once I am back to Tampa. For people who will read my feedback: Mr. Ruben was great, helpful to me with all our needs. The place is clean, nice, quiet and highly recommend it. There is also a nice setting area around the pool. Overall, I like the place for the price that I paid and highly recommend it for businessman, or student who wants to be close to new Tampa Area.
