lovely place, close to Kaiteriteri beach. great base to explore Abel Tasman. extremely nice hosts. nice comon space inside and outside. really recommend.
Great private accomodation next to beautiful beaches and sea shuttles into the national park. Scott was always around offering help and recommendations for things to do, hikes and his favourite topic: music.
Great place to stay if you're in Kaiteriteri!! So much more affordable than other airbnbs but I can't imagine anywhere else is nicer than Vickie and Scott's place. Pristine. Washer available. Kitchen use. Thoughtful things like providing breakfast items (coffee, cereal, milk, bread, jams, etc.) Bookshelves full of books to read while you're there. Private bath. Great shower. Super close to downtown. AND very friendly hosts. They even let me leave my bag there til the afternoon so I didn't have to lug it around with my all day.
Great place to stay, if you like to chat with the guests and Scott, the host. Easy walking distance to the tour boats and restaurant.

Hi, I'm Vickie and my husband is Scott. We live at Kaiteriteri just a few minutes walk from two beautiful beaches. We have 4 adult kids. I'm a part time Food technology teacher and Scott's a mathematician /musician. We love books, music, food and wine and the beautiful beach that we live at. Scott’s a daily user of the mountain bike park and walking tracks and can point you in the right direction. We have a purpose built BnB with 3 bedrooms and ensuites, a communal garden lounge for you to use , with kitchenette and an expansive outdoor living area for you to enjoy. You can also rent the two of the three rooms and have exclusive use of the facilities downstairs. This is listed as Seachange Garden Apartment and the third room can also be included . We live in an apartment upstairs and enjoy hosting guests, and sharing our local knowledge and organic vegetable garden with you. In our profile pic we are walking in the Abel Tasman with 2 of our 4 kids who also live locally and enjoy spending their weekends at Seachange.
