Eric was very proactive in his communications with me. The space was very clean. My only complaint is that the upstairs bathroom is through the bedroom with the single bed. If that was in the description, I missed it. We would stay here again. We really love the location and its closeness to the strip of funky shops on Barrett and also to Bardstown Road.

Eric’s place was perfect for our group of eight. It was a quick bachelor party weekend, and the location was close in proximity to all of the places we went over the couple of days. The house is updated and modern, comfortable sleeping arrangements, and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We all were satisfied with our stay here and would definitely recommend for the value and vicinity! Eric communicates everything well and was easy to work with. No complaints whatsoever on our end!
