Stayed there for 2 nights and it was my solo trip , so I was bit concerned. - I must say in simple words that Swaroop's place was very safe to stay, it's like home away from home, ,he has friends like family who can take care of guests in his absence i.e. Manvit and Vinod. Manvit took me for sightseeing and it was great experience. Private sunset point was Amazing.Vinod is also very helpful and welcoming. overall I must say it's great experience with swaroop ,Manvit, Vinod and his Mother. Great View, delicious Food , great location ( in middle of forest / coffee estate).

We booked this place after reading all the great reviews posted. Although, when we reached the property we realised that many amenities mentioned are actually not available. Example : No indoor fireplace, NO HOT WATER IN THE BATHROOM, no kitchen or cutlery is available in the room, etc. In fact there was no electricity throughout the time we stayed - we were left in a pitch dark room which was ice cold. On the second day after informing the host about our sleeping conditions, he asked his driver to switch on the generator for 2 hours !! As the host was not available on the property, we had access to his driver Vinod, on requesting to provide us with some heating solution - he got an electric heater but we couldn't use it as there was no electricity. It was pretty scary!! Second - the bathroom door would not lock from inside, the lock is broken! Plus no hot water for bathing - how is one suppose to have a bath in the cold? Third - MANY MANY bugs, leeches & lizards in the room!!! Imagine living in pitch dark at night with bugs around. The only plus i would say is the view from the property and the food that the host's mother cooked. Thats it!

Great stay experience. Location and view is mesmerizing and the food provided is wonderful. The caretaker is very hospitable and warm.

We stayed here for 3 days, 2 nights. Stay was beatuiful and view from the room is better than the pictures. The host was the best. We were served delicious home cooked food. The kind of welcome we got is seldom experienced in India (Reminded of me of my european airbnb stays) Their pets (Jack and Johnsey) are super friendly and awesome. Thank you Swaroop and family for such an awesome experience.
