Rental was in a lovely setting and great location. The unit is older. There was only one small bar of soap, a half roll of toilet paper, and no paper towels or trash bags. There was no way to fill the kitchen sink as there was no stopper. The rug in the living room had not been vacuumed. I had difficulty using the TV and requested assistance. The unit was quiet and easily accessed. The balcony was nice.

Living room, dining room and bedroom were spacious and well maintained. The space was clean, but I bought a swiffer mop and duster to use while we were there. I borrowed a sweeper from my children to sweep the rug as we were there for a month. Kitchen had a metal bar sticking out that I put back into the wall. That area needs to be replastered and painted. Hall light did not work..we bought a new bulb and it would turn on with the light switch and then turn off immediately without us touching a switch. Kitchen, living room rug and bathroom are dated. Balcony had folding metal chairs that are rusty. The computer chair was comfortable but needs recovered. The bathroom stool had to have the handle jiggled to keep it from continuing to run. Dishware was a mix. These are things I could live with but at the price I was expecting things to be more updated.

Thank you to the Awesome Host! Pats place was beautiful and spacious we had a great view of the golf course from the semi-private balcony. plenty of parking, big stone shower, but mostly it was nice to have somewhere very clean and comfortable to lay our heads after roadtripping from Colorado to see our family, and actually being a local from this area I know you will not find a better place to stay. great value!

Pat's place we amazing. It was quiet, clean, and a great value. We had a great stay there and would highly recommend her place. Thank you again for a great Airbnb experience.
