Very much enjoyed staying at Jim's place on Lake Champlain! House was cozy and fit our group. Beautiful sunrises, and lots to do nearby, including walking to coffee & shopping. Hiking trails in abundance! Jim and Theresa made sure we had everything we needed for our week.

Beautiful location with things to do locally and within an hours drive. Numerous hiking trails. During our stay at times the lake had large waves making it difficult to put a kayak or small boat in. lake Champlain is a deep and large lake and to be expected. The beach area was a minute walk down the road with a dock for swimming at the house. Jim was a very pleasant host along with his property manager Theresa. Responsive. Jim lives across the street and Theresa lives in town not far, so they are close by. The laundry in the basement is shared with two other cabins on the property. It’s a quiet street and town with a great breakfast/coffee shop,the pink pig and restaurant “the old dock” on the water.the ferry to Vermont is 2 streets over and it’s easy to travel across the lake.Burlington Vt by ferry is approximately 40 minutes. Jim’s property is at the deepest part of lake at 400 feet off shore and about 20 feet at the dock.Kitchen fully stocked. AC in 2 bedrooms. TV.wifi. enjoyable!

I had a wonderful week long stay at the Little Brick House. Jim, the owner, and Theresa, the property manager, were both friendly and responsive. They were proactive and would check in to see if there was anything we may need.

For a building that has more than 100 years of history, we have enough hot water for both upstair and downstair, strong Wifi and heating system. Location is great, quiet and safe neighborhood, only 5 minutes driving to take ferry during the daytime. And drive from Burlington without ferry is about 1 hour which is not bad. I want to highlight again that even it's an old house, Jim definitely put lots of thoughts and time in there, very comfortable and convenient amenities. We would love to come back for next year's fall foliage.

Superb location by the lake, next to the marina. With the possibility of adding two extra cabins, for larger gathering. Kayaks & SUP available, it's a great destination South-Ouest of Champlain Lake..!
