Gail and Dean’s Airbnb is perfect for a long term stay. You walk up to your own front porch and have the entire top floor of the house, which is spacious with a comfortable living room, kitchen with view of the mountains, large bedroom, work desk, reading nook, side patio table, and bathtub/shower. Dean and Gail are very kind and supportive and assisted me on many occasions including when Asheville had a cold freeze that briefly impacted water supply. I felt completely at home there and even felt a bit sad in departing. I highly recommend for long term stays.

We very much enjoyed our stay in a quiet yet centrally placed location in Asheville. The neighbourhood felt safe and was lovely and shaded. The house itself is charming and well equipped for a month (or longer) stay. The owners are kind and ready to give information or provide assistance as needed.

The house is very comfortable, and it is convenient to everything. Dean and Gail are wonderful hosts. They live on the property but give you complete privacy and are available if you need anything. They provide all the essentials you could need for your stay and many thoughtful touches. The front porch is great, the neighborhood friendly, and the bed is very comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen and nice big TV. We liked it so much we have already booked a return stay.
