Beautiful home with a wonderful view of the ocean from top of the hill. Pool was great, the size of the house was great. The location to any main area was close by. 7 minutes to El Tunco. The community pool was okay but not really needed while you have your own. Plenty of privacy around and felt secure. I would recommend it, with and exception. Great for family, but if you have elderly or toddler, be mindful of the split levels, this could be a challenge due to the stairs. Besides that it was great.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Patricia’s Airbnb and it was a delightful experience. The cleanliness of the space was impeccable, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic stay. One of the highlights was the beautiful access to a private beach, which provided a serene and exclusive seaside retreat. However, I would like to offer a word of caution to future guests regarding the parking situation. If your vehicle struggles with steep inclines, you might find the parking a bit challenging. It’s a small consideration in light of the overall wonderful amenities and location, but something to keep in mind. Overall, I highly recommend Patricia’s place for anyone looking for a clean, peaceful beach getaway.
