房子非常好，家具齐全，房东很好沟通

Brett’s place is an excellent unit to stay. I enjoyed my extended stay there. The place looks even better than what the pictures show. The host is excellent, responds immediately you send a message. The house manager Donna is extremely nice, made me very comfortable in staying here as I was from out of town. She always checked to make sure I was comfortable and if I needed anything. The unit is equipped with anything and everything needed for a stay. The place is so quiet and quite convenient to restaurants and anything one might need. The unit is extremely clean. The maintenance staff, Carlos is excellent as well. If anything needed to be fixed, he was there as needed and very professional. This is a unit I recommend anyone looking for a convenient place to stay short term or long term in Waco, please consider Brett’s unit. Thanks Brett for hosting me in your unit. When I come back to Waco, this will be a place to rent again.

Having freshly moved from Europe to the Waco area, Brett and Donna did everything possible to make the transition period as smooth and comfortable as possible. Brett and Donna are not only excellent hosts, but the dearest of human beings one can think of. I cannot imagine anyone being unhappy with them as hosts in cosy and comfortable apartment.

Estuvimos mi mamá y yo durante dos meses y medio y nos sentimos como en casa. Nosotros no hablamos inglés y el anfitrión nos atendió en conjunto con una persona de mantenimiento que habla español para facilitar la comunicación y en todo momento Carlos estuvo pendiente de lo que necesitáramos, tuvimos un detalle con la licuadora y en ese mismo día en unas horas nos hicieron llegar una nueva. El departamento tiene todo lo necesario para hacer nuestra estancia confortable, además que nos recibieron con algunos alimentos y bebidas, lo cual agradecemos, ya que llegamos por la noche con hambre y sin conocer el lugar. El lugar es muy tranquilo, lo recomendamos totalmente.

Donna and Brett were very responsive and helpful. Unit 11 was partially updated and nicely furnished. We had everything we needed. When the upstairs unit was occupied we could hear the resident. Shared laundry room worked fine. Thanks for being such good hosts!
